Every month I hold gatherings to help you experience the healing power in a safe sacred space.
These events are inspired and guided by my body, the moon and collective energy.
From sound baths, different ceremonies, crystal workshops, meditation evenings and more, you can come to connect with others or simply just BE and join me for a cup of “Sacred Pause” tea.
Meditation for kids

Are you ready to support your child with techniques and tools to thrive?
Teaching my children how to quiet their mind was the best gift I could give them.
It helps them to better process their emotions, manage anxiety, practice more attention, compassion, and kindness.
There are 2 interactive sessions a month with a few meditations, creative time and movement.
1st & 10th & 15th Kundalini Yoga at 9.30am in Magnificent Hands
13th ~ Kundalini Yoga at 6pm in Magnificent Hands
15th ~ Sacred Sounds with Svetlana & Kahu (6-8pm, private residence)
